Answers
The annual precinct meetings shall be held at the polling place of each precinct or other facility deemed appropriate by the precinct leader/chair.
If a meeting facility other than the precinct polling place is used, it must be approved in advance by the county chair and publicly (local newspapers and our website) announced seven (7) calendar days in advance of the meeting.
Must have a quorum (5) registered Democrats living in the precinct to constitute a meeting.
For more info read Plan of Organization section 1.0.
Return completed Precinct Reporting Form to county chair within five (5) days.
To announce your meeting in The Daily Reflector call Cherie Speller, readership & community news editor, (252)329-9512.
